  • Dinner at L’Observatoire du Gabriel was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, professional, and perfectly attentive without being intrusive. The “Le Complice” menu was an absolute masterpiece. We began with the Citron and Vegetable Palette, fresh and full of delicate balance, followed by the Foie Gras and Cauderan, which was smooth and perfectly seasoned. From the ocean selection, the Fried Sole and Chambertin Sauce was refined and flavorful, while the Bordelaise Red Mullet with boulangère potatoes and sea urchin tongues was a true highlight of creativity and taste. For the main course, the Sweetbreads of Valencienne in a Pan and the Mallard Aiguillettes Petit Barey were both exceptional, tender, and beautifully paired with the rich sauces and sides. Dessert was a dream. The Soufflé Cabrié Crêpe Cake with light chocolate cream and almond ice cream was the perfect finale to an extraordinary dinner. The atmosphere was elegant and intimate, with every detail thoughtfully curated. Everything, the food, the service, and the ambiance, was absolutely amazing. A true fine dining experience that I will remember for a long time.

  • Incredible experience in Bordeaux, with professional and helpful service, notably on their own cheese cellar and wine reco. There is consistency all along, and with a signature on everything jus, sauce, all that makes the dishes and products shine. Among the best sauces I’ve had in a Michelin. The two Michelin stars are absolutely well deserved here, and I’ll surely get back to the place to see what the Chef and his team can do with other products from Sring season.

  • a 2-Michelin-starred establishment that truly exceeded my expectations. The dishes were expertly executed, with each bite showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. The sole and mussels were cooked to perfection, with a delightful combination of forest mushrooms adding depth to the dish. The wild duck was also a highlight, with a piquant grape and curry leaf flavor that added a fascinating twist to the rich meat. But the true stars of the show were the desserts. The cannelé, in particular, was a standout - crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Overall, I was impressed by the high level of technique and attention to detail that went into every aspect of our meal. We requested for our meal to end within 2 hours and they accommodated . If you're looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. Wasn’t sure why some reviewed that service wasn’t up to par. We found servers proficient in English and attentive .

  • Great location in a historic building. We had our dinner at second floor. Service was very attentive and on point, we had a 3 causes menu which was very good and all the ingredients. we all had a different cocktails and some had Champagne. Paired with food well. Cheese selection was the best part to me!!!
